What a great vacation for the kids. We had so much fun this summer visiting Grandma and Grandpa while on their Mission in DC. The kids had a great time and loved to visit Grandma since they have missed her so much. Picture overload.

Summer is Here!!

Yes the kids have been loving the summer time lately. This past weekend they were able to ride horses. They had so much fun. At first we did not have a saddle so they road bear back which was fun. Later they were able to learn to steer and control the horse which was even better. They sure did enjoy this and I think we will be doing this a lot this summer.
Brecken was a little frightened to sit alone so he road with Stella. It was so cute to see him get excited. He was feeding the horses and loved every minute.
Stella did great all by herself. She was not scared and she enjoyed this.
This was really Emery's treat. She was able to enjoy this to the fullest. I think she road the horse 5 times and did really well. She was learning how to steer and guide the horse all on her own. What a champ. I think we might buy one for her. If I can only get Brian to agree. She has been begging for a horse since she was about 3years old.
Brecken loved the free ride on the wagon.
And puppies. I think the girls would have taken them home if we let them. So cute but what a mess.
Their was 8 puppies and the kids loved all of them.
Brecken has loved being outside most of the day. He will not mind playing by himself or with a friend. He has been so fun to watch grow and learn.

Emery turned 9. What a crazy girl. While we sang to her she danced around and loved every minute of it. She is growing up and it is hard to believe. She came into this world so quietly at 4:06 am. She was such a good baby and has always had such a fun personality. Many people love her right when they meet her. She has a fun crazy personality. Emery and Stella had their dance revue last Friday. They did such a great job. I love watching them perform.

Emery and her friends went to Airborne Trampoline. They wore themselves out for sure.
Hard to believe this little girl is so grown up. I enjoy watching her learn and grow. I hope and want the best for her. Love you Emery!!!!

Busy the Past few months.

It has been very busy the past few months. I have a lot to update but recent news is better than no news. Emery Turned 9 and got her ears pierced. She did great and this was all her. I think the past few months seeing all her friends with earnings has been hard for her. I know she was nervous about this and just told herself that a lot of girls have this and it is no big deal. She was so brave. We brought along 2 friends this helped so much. I think she was very excited about the idea of friends being next to her to support her. Emery is loved by everyone she meets. Her attitude is all about fun and life is a party. She is continuing to dance and perform for everyone. I love this spunky personality. She is such a joy to have in our home. We are working on the 9 year old attitude. But I love her and love hanging out with her.
Stella has been such a "Star" at soccer. She really has become aggressive and enjoyed this past season with Brian coaching. It has been fun.
Mothers Day was great. I truly got spoiled by my kiddos and daddy. Breakfast before Church. Then a nap and dinner by Daddy. Spending time with them is all I really want. Loved every second.

School Started already

Stella has long awaited this day. She was very excited and seemed perfectly fine with the idea of school. In fact she would prefer all day school if that was an option. She is beaming with joy.
I told Emery that I wanted a picture of the first day of school. This is what I got. Do you think she is excited and wants to pose like a model?

This was the first day really but the above shots were after I bought her a new outfit and she wanted another picture. She is to funny.

Park City

We went to Park City for the week this summer and the kids had a blast hanging out with cousins. Stella learned to swim so well on her own. It was nice to see her so independent and having fun.

Brecken loved the water. He enjoyed playing on the side of the pool with his cars.

He loved walking around holding his "wobbie" and several times he wanted to take the blanket in the water.
