This is the Christmas card I just sent out I was a little slow this year but I think they turned out. This layout is a little different then the ones I sent out. I love sending cards and receiving cards from others. I am getting excited to spend time with family over the next few weeks. Hope everyone has a great Holiday.

Stella loves to watch The Grinch. She begs everyday to watch it, so when we ran into the real grinch I had to get a photo. We love you Stella.

Merry Christmas !!!

This year christmas has been hard for me. I have not really been in the mood to buy or to decorate. I pulled out about 1/4 of my christmas decorations because the kids use all of them at toys and move all the decorations into different spots. I set up the trees and it took me a few days to do so. I still have things I want to set up but have not done so. I took the kids to see Santa last Saturday and this really got me in the mood. I have all my shopping done and wrapped everything this past week. I love watching the kids get so excited for Santa. Emery jumped right up on Santa's lap and was not scared to see him. She told him the one thing she wanted and then told him that if he wanted he could get her a suprise present if he wanted. Stella was so cute she climbed up on his lap and when he asked her what she wanted she looked down at the ground and said in a soft voice that she wanted a big girl doll. I don't think Santa really heard her but he looked at me to see if I understood. It was so cute. This morning we went to see Santa again and Emery asked me what I was going to ask him for and I told her I told Santa to give my gift to Emery and Stella. Emery was worried and said that she would tell Santa the same thing today so that I could get something. This was so precious to see your own child worried about mom and dad. Maybe she is getting what Christmas is all about. I am now so excited for Christmas and can't wait to see the look on my childrens faces, and to be able to teach them more about Christmas and the true meaning.

Thanksgiving 2008

This Thanksgiving we went to my moms house and it was so much fun, the kids were great and so excited to see cousins and play. My mom made a great meal and it was fun to relax and enjoy the family. After dinner we all played Rock Band and had a blast. I think I am addicted to Guitar Hero, I loved playing it and could see me get better and better each time. This was my first time playing it and I was not very good.
My mom cooked the best meal. Right when we sat down to eat Brecken was fussy and wanted to eat so a had to feed in the other room and put him down for a nap. It is so nice my mom has a crib. Then I could enjoy my meal. I know my mom was worried it was not warm enough but it was great. Thanks for the great meal.

My sister Mandy. She is awesome and Guitar Hero. Her husband also rocks!!

Trish my sister made all the kids darling RED hats and they looked so cute. She now sells them and makes several other hats or any style. I truly love them and think she is so talented. GO TRISH!!

Morgan, Stella, Emery, Addison, Emma. Poor Brecken is out number by all the girl cousins. My brother could not make it up this year. He lives in Arizona and has 3 boys. I think in the next few years we will have to force them to come up just to have boys play with Brecken. All these girls is a little overwhelming for him.

New photos of Brecken

Brecken had pictures today. I decided to take him in for his 2 month photos. I have put together a book of my girls and all the photos. I took both of them in every 2 months and felt like I needed to do the same for Brecken. I love this little man. Grandma will love a copy of the pictures.

Brecken 2 months old

Hanging out in the morning with sisters.

Brecken is now 2 months old and is a delight to have around. These are a few other pictures I wanted to post.
What a handsome man.

Brecken is 2 months old

Brecken is 2 months old now and the time has gone by so fast. I love his personality and it has been fun to see how he has grown. I took him to the doctor and his weight is 15 # even (99 percential) my girls were 5 months when they weighted this much. His height was 24 1/2 (95 pecential) and head was 41.4 cm (50th percential). The doctor said he looks great. During the exam Brecken spit up and the doctor said he has reflux. I told her I tried prevacid and didn't notice any difference, she then said is he fussy and I said no. She said he has happy reflux! Most babies are extremly fussy with reflux but not Brecken. He does great at night and during the day is usually content with our bussy life. We love and adore him. This is him hanging out with mom watching Grays Anatomy.

Changing Brecken is a hoot. He smiles and makes all kinds of expressions during the diaper change. It is so funny to see his expressions.

He also loves the swing in the morning he usually takes a nap in the swing while I get me and the girls ready for the day. Stella thinks he needs the football by his side constantly. She is training him for football camp early. She insists that he must be a football player for halloween next year with a jearsey.

Stella frequently wants to hold him and begs all day when he is awake. She is alway wondering where he is and what he is doing during the day. She wants to kiss his hands and forehead. It was hard on her last 2 wks ago when she got sick with a head cold we constantly told her no and she can't kiss him. She was upset and worried her brother would be mad at her if she did not kiss him. It was a long week.

"Im color blind"

Last night Emery was so hilarious. After bathtime we bradded her hair and I told her we were going to do reading time. She said "hold on" she went to her room downstairs and came up in these homemade glasses and said she was color blind and needs theses glasses to read ( we have no idea where this came from except I wore glasses as a child and the girl in the book Junie B Jones I think has glasses also). Brian and I were laughing so hard. I stated before in one of my blogs that Emery had here own room downstairs and was sleeping in it fine. Well about 2 wks before I had Brecken she was sad and said she felt like everyone in the family was upstairs and she was left out, so I did not fight her and I set her up in a bed in Stella's room. She now sleeps on a blowup mattress that we slide under Stellas bed during the day and at night we pull it out. She is going to bed and I think the girls love to be together. She says she will go back downstairs to her bed when she is ready. I love how close my girls are and I hope they always look after one another. Brecken is such a easy baby right now. He goes to bed around 9:00 and wakes up at 5:00 to eat and back down until about 8:30. This has been so nice. I honestly think the lord gave me him to enjoy and not stress out the way I did with Stella. I think he is my last child and I truely am enjoying the time with him. He never really cries except when very hungry. I usually have to wake him during the day to change and feed him. His little personality is so fun to see. He laughed at Stella the other day and it was so stinken cute. I need to take videos of him more. I take him to the doctor on thursday and can't wait to see how much he has grown.

We had about 30 people at our home for the blessing of Brecken last Sunday. I said to my mom it would be fun to get a picture of the family. When we tried it was hilarious to get everyone in position and in place my sister Trish set the timer and it turned out pretty good I think. Brian was about ready to kill me since he knew people were getting irritated with taking so many but it will be a photo to remember. Thanks family for all the gifts and help for Breckens BIG DAY.
Brecken was blessed last Sunday and It turned out great. The girls understood this was his big day. Grandpa Steve blessed him and did a wonderful job. The whole family was so excited for this day.

Brian and I are so happy to have everyone at our home. This was a big celebration of Breckens birth and we are so happy to have a healthy baby.

Grandma Peggy made his outfit at the last minute and I love it. It was so hard to find boy outfits that were not so cheesy. Many outfits looked like a tux and did not look very comfortable for a baby. This outfit fit Brecken great and was soft and comfy.

WE LOVE OUR LITTLE MAN!!!

Halloween 2008
We had so much fun this year. We ended up having our family over for Halloween and the party was fun to see our family cousins in costumes. The kids loved having the party at our home.
Brecken was Eeyore!

Emery was a vampire, Stella a ladybug. Maybe next year I will be more excited to dress up. Brian has an orange shirt that he only wears on Halloween. He says he is a pumpkin. I love it. The neighbors kids all look so cute and it was fun for the kids to trick-or-treat and see all their friends.

Emery had her school 1st grade performance and she did such a great job. You could see her so well. I asked her why none of the kids were really smiling and she said she was nervous she might get kicked off the stage because last year a boy acted out and the teacher pulled him off the stage. I had to laugh at that. She was so proud of herself and I loved hearing her sing the songs around the house for the past month.

I took the girls to Cornbelleys last wk and they had so much fun. It was a beautiful day and they were excited. I even took Brecken and he did great. The games and entertainment was perfect for my kids.

Last Friday Grandma Peggy had the kids over for Halloween activities and they had so much fun. They did a craft and games, lunch was a "spooky meal" and later they went out side to play games. Aunt Dionne had them dancing and playing games with bean bags and bubbles. It was a perfect day after the morning we had. The girls had fun with cousins and we even got grandma and grandpa to dance. Thanks Peggy!!!

GO UTES

GO UTES!!!!!

Yesterday we had a chance to go the Utah game and we had front row tickets. Seat 4 and 5 ROW one it was awesome. We took Brecken and Aunt Tami and Grandma Peggy took the girls last minute. Thanks guys!! We owe you. This was so much fun to have a date with Brian. Brecken was sleeping most of the game except after I had just fed him and we asked the lady next to us to take the picture. Then back in my sling carrier he went and was fast asleep. I love the sling carrier my mom bought me it is truly a life saver for things like this. We also ran into cousins Tiff and Rick and their kids where we parked. We had a parking pass with our tickets and it was in the Tail Gait section. Minutes before we saw Tiff I wondered if we would see them and we did. It was fun to visit. We have got to get tickets next year. I think it would be so much fun. Brian had a blast.

Sweet Brecken

Brecken has changed so much. These pictures are when he was 2 wks old. I just had so much fun taking pictures of him. I keep hinting to Brian I would love a new camera to take more professional pictures I think it makes such a difference. I took Brecken in for his 2 wk appointment and he had gained 2 lbs. He is getting so big. He is such a good baby also. Our home is crazy but the love is there and it feels great. I can't believe how good my girls have been about the baby. They help out and understand the baby takes time and I can't come right this minute. I feel like having sweet Brecken in our home has changed so many things. He has brought a sweet spirit into our home that is unexplainable. As a mother who would like things in order it feels great to have things in order now.
Last night Brian and I have a friend who had her baby one month early and he is requiring oxygen and is in the NICU our hearts went out to them. We sat and looked at our sweet Brecken and honestly Brian said he thought Brecken would never come. With problems I had prior to having Brecken we could not have imagined our lives like their are today. It feels good!

Stella had her 4th Birthday Party on Sept 10th. The party was actually on the 6th. I should have posted this prior to having Brecken but I have been busy.
Things I love about Stella-
- she is a good friend, all the neighbors are constantly wanting to play with "Belsie"
-She always does what we ask. She has been trying to make her bed and it is so cute when I ask Emery to help, Stella will have it done.
-Her smile and giggle.
-The fact that I can take her anywhere with me and she does not complain. You could go to 20 stores and she would not make a peep. Unless Emery is with us then it is a whole different story.

-I think she is beautiful and she has great features, Long eyelashes, beautiful eyes.
-She keeps our family very close. She always wants to cuddle with mom and if dad looks sad she cuddles with him. She doesn't want to leave anyone out.
- She can self entertain for hours. This has been nice since Brecken was born. She can play by herself for a few hours at a time.
Notice how everyone smiled except Stella. This is normal. She usually smiles and looks at the ground and not the camera.

WE LOVE YOU STELLA!!

(This is a very classic look she does when she is studying an object.) I worry she can't see. Well Monday is her doctor well check so we will see)

Brecken is 2 wks old. I feel great. I don't even feel like I have had a baby. He is so good. He does spit up a lot hence the bib. Hopefully we don't have reflux starting. Nights are fine he usually gets up 2 times at night. I change him and feed him and he goes back to bed. Early in the morning he will make numerus sounds and noises that wake us up at 5:00. So sometimes I will put him in bed with me and instantly he is calm.
We are so lucky to have our little boy. Brian loves him and I could never had imagined how much I was going to love him. Brian wanted to take the girls fishing so this gave me an opportunity to take pictures I have been wanting to do. So I dressed them up cute and did their hair, and off we went fishing. Emery did catch the one and only fish. She has set down her Barbie fishing pole and walked away to gather leaves. Next thing you know her pole was getting dragged down the bank. She was so excited.

Trying to get all three of them outside was not going to happen. The girls were dirty and holding a newborn outside with wild girls was not what I wanted. So my plan was get photos of Brecken inside and the girls outside since this made it more fun for them and me. I figure I will get lots of photos of the three of them in the future. I will post pictures of Brecken when I get them copied to a disk. I am proud of my work and he is pretty dang cute.
Emery 6 yrs. Stella 4yrs.

Brecken is a great Baby and the girls love him.
Emery and Stella have been so good to be careful. I think they get nervous when he crys.

We can't wait to tell you more about our new addition.
