Work or Home?
Happiness
Emery has turned 8 WOW what a year. I am in amazement at how fast time has gone. She is growing up. She has such a fun personality and always can make our family laugh. I love having her out of school for the summer and seeing more of her. I love watching my kids grow and learn so much but honestly having them in school all day I feel like you don't really see them and working 2 nights a week I don't get the special time at night to talk and put them to bed so it has been fun having her and the attitude at home.
The Baptism was such a great day of my life. I hope I never forget the feeling I felt that day. The week prior was a little crazy but I honestly have never prayed so much in one week. I love that the spirit was over our home and was so strong in our little girl. It truly was amazing to see her light up and become a member of the church. It is amazing how good the Gospel can make you feel. I don't have all the answers and I don't understand it fully but I am learning and all I know is that it
"just feels good!!!"

Happy Easter
Fairy Tale Theater
Second grade Fairy Tale Theater was great. Emery was the Hare in "The Tortoise and the Hare" she was great. I loved watching her put all her energy into the performance. Several people came up to me and said they had no idea that Emery had such an ability to perform. I was great. She was not afraid at all and I could see that the stage is a great place for her to show off her talents.
Emery ended up at the last minute playing the part of the wolf in "The three Little Pigs" She was so cute and memorized the lines in just 3 days. We are so proud of her.
Brecken turns 18 months
Brecken is now 18 months and is on the go. He is loving playing outside when the weather permits. I watched him last week rip off the rain gutter pipes and carry them around the backyard for about 1 hour. This really entertained him and he thought he was being productive and helping daddy. It was truly funny. His mannerisms are so fun to watch. He wants to be out and and has learned to say "Out" constantly.
He loves to climb and sneak food he shouldn't be having.
At his 18 month apt he was 35 inches tall and his weight was 27 pounds. The doctor said he will be a pretty tall adult.

ITS A NEW YEAR!!!!

I have been wanting to gather photos of the past year highlights and put them together. What a better place than on the blog. What a busy year. Brian and I have been married for 10+ years and have enjoyed life and all the obstacles we have been through. I loved to look back at this past year and hope that this new year will bring us love and peace in our family. We have been so blessed.
I wanted to set New Years resolutions but I am never good at following through with them. I have set mine to be * Stop drinking Diet Coke.(Although when I tried this I got a huge headache and had to have one). * Get Organized. * Use a softer voice when telling my children to not fight.( otherwise stop yelling).
We will see how it goes. So if you see me doing these things give me the look.
Here is a look at the past year. Good bye 2009.
