November

We started off the month with a surprise Birthday party for my Mom who turned 60years. She is awesome and was a good sport with the fish hat. I think we really surprised her when no one discussed the party or what we were going to do. I think she was quite saddened by this. She is usually the planner of the birthdays and when no one mentioned a thing about hers I know it must have hurt her. She was so excited and it was fun to see everyone in the family.
Next we celebrated a honor for my grandfather who passed away 5 years ago. He was put in Murray City Hall of Fame. He was a professional Photographer in Murry and lived their his entire life. "Don Blair Photography." This is a huge deal and I know he would be very proud. What a inspiration to everyone he has been. My aunt and uncle spoke and my mother. They all did a great job. We love you Grandpa Blair.

We continued to cheer for the UTES!!
Brecken gained a almost full set of teeth. And he bites really really really hard!!!

December

December was a crazy and fun time. I think the kids enjoyed Christmas, I know Brecken loved it. He really got into the present opening and I was excited to see him. My attempts at getting a picture was quite funny. The girls seem to think they need to focus on Brecken and getting him to smile. It is to funny.
The girls loved spending time with cousins and all the parties. Unfortunately I became very sick on Christmas Eve and was up all night with severe N/V. I hated every minute of it. Brian hung in and helped out. But Christmas morning was brutal. I tried to enjoy the excitement but was sick and hardly took any pictures. I don't think the kids noticed too much. I felt bad when I had to cancel the Christmas breakfast with my in-laws who were all coming over to eat at my home. It turned out ok and everyone was in good spirits about it. It just sucked for me.

Brecken also began walking this month. I can't believe it. I started walking just 2 days before he turned 15months. Better late than never!

CHRISTMAS MORNING!!!

The Tree. I think the girls are beginning to understand what the true meaning of Christmas is. We read many books and had discussions about it. And the lists were very short and it was funny to see that Emerys list consisted of #1. Water bottle #2. Zhu Zhu pets. #3. Whatever you want to get me. How cute.
Stella was only one thing a Nintendo DS.

Halloween

Halloween was great the kids had fun going to the school carnival and visiting both grandmas. By the time that night came they were pretty exhausted. Emery said to Brian at about 7:45 "dad lets wrap this up" She came home and wanted to pass the candy and see all the kids costumes
Stella was Dorthy. She was really cute. And loves the red shoes.
Brecken the Lion.
Emery was a Pageant Princess. We watched Toddlers and Tiaras and she wanted to be one of those girls for a day.

So cute!!!
When Emery was off track we enjoyed some activities and the nice weather while we had it. The zoo with cousins and a friend was fun. It was nice to see the animals while the weather was not so hot. The animals were actually moving and it was exciting to see the baby Elephant.

The gang posing for a pose.
Stella's birthday and jumping jacks we could not get Brecken out of the little train ride.
Stella had a blast he face was beat red and she said she had a belly ache by the end which is a classic comment from Stella after she has completely over done herself and overexerted herself. But she did have fun.
Emery and Sarah. Emery attempting to help Sarah go down a big slide. She thinks everyone is a thrill junkie.

catching up

So I can't hardly believe my little "Tank" is one year old now. He loved the cake if you can't tell. We had family come over back on September 13th and celebrated this day. I feel like it was yesterday he was born now he is all over the place. Not walking but definitely into everything. You can find Brecken in the bathroom sticking your toothbrush in the toilet or digging through the drawers and dumping out everything. He loves to tip over the garbage and spill everything all over the floor all while shaking his head no.

I think he loves the feel of everything mushy and messy.

Prior to Brecken having a birthday Stella turned 5 years old on September 10th. She had fun going to lunch with a friend and then that night we went to Jumping Jacks with her cousin Sarah. The kids had a blast.

Well we finally had our family pictures and it feels great to be done. The kids had a blast running around and then having to pose for a moment. I can't believe the kids are getting so big. It has been a filled month. Stella turned 5 and I can't believe it. She is so smart and loves to learn now. She enjoys school and is having fun making new friends.
Can you believe he is one!! We had a big party at the house and the weather was nice enough to stop raining for the party. Brecken had a blast and love the cake. I have some of the cutest pictures of him eating cake. Thanks Trish for taking them.

My sweet Stella. I don't know what I would do without her. She is so tender and sweet. I can see her want to be big and act big but I don't want her to change.

Emery keeps us laughing and loving life. She is my child that can make anyone smile. We love you.

On the Move.

We it is official Brecken is crawling and exploring a whole new world. He is into everything. My like has been very laid back up to this point. He puts everything in his mouth so I vacuum everyday. He pulls out the plug protectors. Pulls and tugs on my decor table (almost breaking it). Almost pulled the bird cage table over on top of him. Pushes the button on the CO2 detector (must be moved) I have not had a baby crawling around for a long time and didn't realize how unsafe some thinks are in my home. It has been fun to see him explore and learn. He is getting another tooth! What a blast.

He is seriously out of control in the bathtub. Much worse than my girls ever were. He flips and crawls around the entire time and screems when I have to take him out.
